One of my torches has been declining for the past week and when I took a closer look I noticed some small flatworms. What could be causing the flesh band to shed like this? None of my other torches or euphyllia are affected.

Literally just dipped in cipro and iodine before you replied.Very sorry to see this is happening.
Eefw will cause damage but those don't look like them.
There is definitely something off....what are your parameters including nutrients and have you had any swings? It looks like it's been splitting fine for awhile
A dip you can do is 1 gallon tank water, 250mg cipro, 3 scoops chemi clean, 5ml amino acids, 5ml restore, 5ml witchhazel.
Mix the chemiclean and cipro until dissolved and then add the other meds. use a sponge filter to keep oxygen up and no heater.
Leave for at least 4 hours.
