Are these some kind of boring worms? This torch withered away one head at a time. It was my favorite.

Since it's dead, can you get a cross section photo? Curious on how deep and interconnected those holes are.
 
Im using my phone but i’ll try and get better shots. Each head just got smaller every day one by one. My other frogspawn, hammers and torches are fine for now at home. No brown jelly or anything odd. Just shrank away. Same thing happened to a frogspawn in my pico at work.
 
Im leaning in that direction. I have another thread on this but i always assumed my gha outbreak was from high phos and high nitrates. My ICP showed zero for both. Flux rx has killed all of my gha and my phos now reads .02. Looks like Im going to start dosing.

Or just feed fish more or reef roids
