It's not uncommon with Euphyllias to look this way from time to time. I have a frogspawn that does this once in awhile yet looks fine the next day without any changes on my part. If your parameters are in check I'd just keep an eye on it for now. Check your ALK quick to make sure it's ok. Duncan corals, while not Euphyllias, are notorious for looking oddly from time to time without explanation. Their tentacles are capable of the exact same contortions. There's still alot we don't know about these guys. If the two torches have been touching for a while than I doubt it would show signs suddenly. There doesn't appear to be any visible tissue damage from stings.

It's just been like that for two month.. :/I found this happens to mine when I change the flow suddenly or move its location.
Its like the tentacles need to re-acclimate. Within a day or two they return to normal.

Constantly looking like this..and its been that way constantly or up and down?
Constantly looking like this..
I will relocate it and see how it reacts.. Now it's placed becide another Torch and hammers, all of these seems fine and thriving !In that case I would suggest relocating it. Its possible its getting beaten up by the current and doesnt like it.
Some torches prefer very strong current, some not so much.
