Torch Tip excretion

Can someone ID whatever is coming from a Torch Tip I have in my office DT?
Clearly stringing stuff with bright white dots. Haven't seen this before.

I have not seen that before either. Looks healthy so I would continue to monitor and wouldn't stress too much.

This is what I was thinking (hoping).
It's either spawning or "relieving" itself.
