Torch Troubles

I have a five headed torch, unfortunately recently I damaged the tissue while cleaning and I have lost two of the heads. My question is what I should do, the other three heads seem fine, should I leave it be or try to remove the dead heads? I do not own a saw and have never propagated coral before.

As long as you aren’t seeing a bacteria infection I would leave it be. The torch is stressed as it is, give it time to heal itself. A pic would help though in the diagnosis.
