Torch won't extend looks more like a Duncan. Is this normal?

The head on it get really big but the tentacles won't extend. Looks more like a Duncan. It's also looking the darker colors. Any suggestions?

Check water chemistry and flow. How long have you had it? What is your lighting type?

I have had it about 3 weeks. After the first couple days it never opened up like it was at the store. Just really fat and puffy. I have a nanobox duo on a 18' gooseneck.

It looks like you had the coral in a different area when you got it? Try moving it back to that area. Check alk and basic chemistry though to rule that out. Most Euphyllia like moderate flow and not direct flow, just enough sway the tentacles, often if flow is too strong the coral will not open completely.

Yeah I had it at the very end of the tank but after a few days it wouldn't open so I moved it in more
