NoPox alternative and not solution as it’s a form of carbon dosing
My best recommendation is using a pouch of chemipure blue or elite which will lower phosphate and keep it in check as well as remove toxins if present
They should bounce back once NoPox has dissipated

Just put a rowaphos as my lfs didn’t have any chemipure but my concern now is the high calcium how do I lower it without raising alk and mag

Calcium will lower on its own as its used.
But, what salt mix do you use if you do water changes?
0.03 is on the lower end of po4, make sure it doesn't go lower especially because alk is 9.4

I ran out so bought some esv that my local lfs had in stock being my phosphates were super high did a 50 gallon water change thinking I made a mistake when measuring the solution

Im undecide as far as salt in the future luv the tropic Marin pro but read online about bad batches esv is ok but to many steps to it not really sure they all have pros and cons
