I need help, half of my torches are dead or dying !

It's been going on for a couple months.

I've been having issues with torch heads dying one at a time, once every couple weeks, for a few months.
I've tried to remove affected heads, but the issue keeps coming back.

The issue came stronger 2 weeks ago, with a couple heads having problems at the same time.
I did a chemiclean treatment and it seems to have fix the issue.... until I went on a camping trip for 3 days last weekend, and I came back to half my torches dying.

I started a new chemiclean treatment, but i'm freaking out right now that I'm gonna lose all my torches.

I heard that cipro is great for that, but I cant get it in Canada.

Parameters are fine.
All fish and all other corals are doing great.

If you have a chance, maybe post some images so the resident experts can have a peek. How many torches are we talking about?
So far I had over 10 heads dying on a couple colonies, the smaller ones died completely.

Today I lost a Hellfire, a Master torch, and an Indo that is not doing good at all.

When the heads die, what happens? You seem to be treating for bacteria - do they present with brown jelly like symptoms? How quickly do they decline? Do they bail out overnight or melt quickly, or is it a longer, more drawn out recession?
What are your nutrients like (phosphates/nitrates)? How stable have the tank parameters been?

Offhand I see a lot of algae growth. Could be related. How is your lighting in the spots the corals are dying?
Yeah i've struggled for a while with nutrients.

I got it under control now, but there are still algae remaining from that period.
My CUC is pretty light on snails to clean that up so i'd need to get some more.

Lighting is about 150-200 PAR in these spots.
I have 3x Radion G5 Pro on a 48" tank at 80%.

They go from healthy to completly dead in 3-4 days.

They dont turn to brown jelly, but it's more like they completly deflate and fall in pieces.
I did have *some* brown jelly in the final day or so, but its pretty limited.

When it's pretty clear the coral wont make it, I suck the remaining flesh with a turkey baster.
The resulting water in the turkey baster is dark brown/black, and smells REALLY bad.

I figured it's an infection since usually it's just one head of all torches that is affected at a time; it just got a lot worse in the past week.
The rest of the torches are doing well and seems healthy, until they dont...

Nitrate is around 1, and phosphate is around 1.0.
