Picked this beauty up 5 minutes before the annual Best Fish Memorial Day BBQ in Milwaukee on Monday. I would've researched it more before buying it but I had no time. There were about 500 people waiting to get in and I was 1 of the only 2 coral vendors so I had to get back to my table. If I had left it, it would've been gone. Anywho... about this Torpedo Goby:) I haven't been successful in finding much information on them. Does anyone have any input or experience with this fish? IMO, it looks near identical to a Cleaner Wrasse but way more viable:) It made a home in our 120 almost the minute it went in and stays out in the open all day. Haven't seen it mess with any corals, inverts, or other fish... yet.

Almost forgot:)

I would need a close up of the mouth to confirm but I believe what you have there is one of the fang blenny species that mimics cleaner wrasse in order to take a bite out of their unsuspecting prey...

Watch for him to change colors and bite marks in your other fish
