this is my sw tank. it has been running since 6/12
29 gallon tank
coralife superskimmer 65
eheim 2215 with hydor eth inline heater
3 koralia evo 600
3 65 watt pc lights with miro 4 individual reflectors
1 12k actinic white, 1 420nm super actinic, 1 12k/420nm dual
currently building a sump to replace the eheim. i have a marineland 15 gallon long and a reef octopus nwb 110. going with an eshopps pf300 overflow, 200 micron filter sock (with a spare to be cleaned and switched out as needed), danner mag 5, scwd, and 2 u tube outflows.
after the sump is complete ill be upgrading to led lighting (rapidled onyx dimmable with a rkl with alc). the pcs will be mounted under my stand to put a frag rack in the sump. ill also move one of the koralias to it. i also want to put the two koralias that will be in the display on a wavemaker.
my old stand and canopy are diy, as is my new stand.
i have tons of pictures to post, but for now i'm just going to put up some full tank shots. ill add the rest when i wake up (working overnights makes for weird sleep schedules lol)
questions, comments, criticism, and advice are all welcome. i'm pretty new to reefing but kept high tech planted tanks before this. i'm learning, but feel pretty knowledgeable so far, still have lots to learn.
