Toxic Mist from Saltwater

My system doesn't make mist. If it did it would make a giant mess with salt.
There is no source for these chemicals in my system anyway unless they are in my drinking water I make RODI from.
 
Just so you know we all have some PFAS exposure already. Everyone on the planet does. I would not at all be concerned about it coming from your tank as much as old non stick cookware and other old products you have that contain it. Areas with dangerous concentrations tend to be near old manufacturing sited and airports where they were used in large quantities as flame retardants. These are "forever chemicals" they aren't going anywhere.
 
Could this be a concern for us in this hobby. We get fine most from our skimmers overflows etc?


No? It says the toxic chemicals are from manufacturing plants, not the ocean itself. We are just polluting the ocean... the air.. and so on.. so really.. the tank isn't much concern. We already screwed the pooch on this one anyways.
