Hello. I don't have any build pics, but wanted to start this thread to document the growth of the tank. The tank is a 4ft 120 gallon (4x2x2). Reef ready, dual overflow. I'm using a 40 gallon breeder as a sump, with a Reef Ocotpus NWB-200 protein skimmer. This system is full Zeovit, using a Vertex RX-Z 3.0 reactor. Return pump is Speedwave SWDC2640. The tank is currently bare bottom, as I've removed all the original sand (sand was to fine). I'll probably try to add some better sand this coming weekend, because I want my wrasses. Circulation is 4 x Jebao wp-40's, with 2 JBWave controllers. The system was set up and filled on 5/31/14. I cycled the tank for 4 weeks using the pure ammonia method, then put the Zeovit system online. Lighting is provided by a 48" Reef Radiance Fusion 360. Very nice light.
I started adding some coral to the tank on 7/9/14, and just added some fish (McCosker's flasher wrasse, Solon fairy wrasse, Orange-back fairy wrasse) this weekend 8/16/14. Here's some pics:

This is from when it was first set up. Lighting is 2 250w metal halides.

This tank has come a long way. It's now full Triton. Started the change in March (from 2-part,ats and nopox) and just recently completed a couple weeks ago. During the change over some nutrients got a bit off, but settling now. In the pic you can see algae, but it's slowly going away. Many changes for the switch to triton. The sump is now a Trigger Systems Triton 44, RO VarioS 8 return pump, and a Deltec skimmer. 1 of the original Jaboa pumps is still in the tank along with a couple newer smaller ones and an MP40. The tank is coming up on 4 years old!
