Trace Elements and Alk Consumption?

Is it possible that after starting to dose the new KZ Coral System that my Alkalinity demand has decreased?

I know there a million things that can affect Alk but Im curious if dosing the trace elements themselves would slow Alk consumption. My Alk is creeping up after i started dosing this system.

Any thoughts would be great...

Hi Todd I would say the demand hasn't increased but the concentration of what you are using now is lower.

In contrary, Alk consumption should rise if bioactive elements do work as expected. To be honest I'm not big fan of new KZ supplements for non Zeo systems. This is entirely new field for KZ , and I'm not sure they know how regular, non Zeo systems work.

I dont think it likely trace elements reduces the demand, but I do not know what is in that product.
