Being new to this hobby, I m getting confused now n then and cannot settle my mind on which Trace elements should I use!!?? Right now Im using Seachem products. Are they good?pls share ur views guyz.

In order to dose anything in your system you need to know where your levels are and where they need to be.
A good way to start is to do a Triton test as that will tell you all you need to know about your elements in your system.
For the time being I would just do your weekly water changes and find out about the triton test.

+1 with @Diesel for Triton.

But before you even start dosing or do triton test let me ask you couple of questions. First why you think you need to dose? How old is your system and what you keep like LPS, SPS or just fish? A old and mature system or a new and fast growing system may need dosing but if you just started then weekly water change with a good salt will be sufficient to keep up with all trace elements and major elements demand. Second before doing a very comprehensive Triton testing will you please try to post your basic parameters. It will be good for everyone to know where you are at right now so people will be able to help you more.

Welcome.....:)
