Trace elements

Hey reefers what levels should my trace elements be I have my cal,alk and Meg in check now I wanna get my trace elements in the right level anyone have a chart or what range they are supposed to be and what test kits should I use?

I just use aquaforest 1,2,3 and add it to my alk,ca and mg dosing liquid
