What’s up guys have a few questions so I got my icp test today and seems like my iodine and strontium is low I’m going to start dosing abcd Red Sea online it says dose 0.3 for every 3 ml added of calcium I dose 12ml so I should be at 1.2 correct ? Just want to make sure I’m correct on that lol

and how can I raise my strontium !!?

Yes on the math.

FWIW, neither strontium nor iodine are trace elements. There is too much of them present in seawater to qualify.

I personally do not think either are useful supplements, but it is easy enough to dose them yourself and see if there is an effect that you want.
