So for weeks now it seems my trachy is going down hill. Any suggestions?

First thing first, what are your parameters? Recent changes or additions?
honestly not sure about water parameters. Did a 30% water change the other day, I do monthly WC. Everything else seems to be doing fine except this piece. Seems like its just been going down hill for few months but really noticeable the last few weeks. New addictions are a JB, Bounce, electric shroom, few chalices, blasto, and few palys/zoas. Corals are added weekly but they're all doing great. I was told to try and feed it as much as possible but other then reef roids i cant get it to eat even if i use polyp booster to try an trigger its feeding response.

It may look like it has some sort of infection. It’s really hard to give good advice without know any of your water parameters. Good advice is if you continue to have a ton of coral, try get some rest kits and start testing. If you have coral and don’t test, you’re pretty much playing Russian roulette. Good luck!

yeah I have kits but at this point I just watch how different things are reacting. I've done a done a few times over the last few months and other then my mag being low sometimes before WC nothing seems to be out of line. Even phos and Nitrates seem fine, Nitrate stays around 10-15 which isnt to bad.

You could do a peroxide dip followed by a iodine dip. Is that bare skeleton next to what looks like a hermit crab?

What's your alk and cal?
Last I knew alk was 7 and calcium was 350 but this was before doing a water change. I dose 20ml daily of 2 part which keeps things fairly stable until the next water change. What I'm wondering is if the dosage needs to be increased a bit to keep things up. I'm not sure how much the sway affects the corals over time.

no its still squishy and meaty with no skeleton poking or showing. It began to open up a bit yesterday but few hours after it closed right back up :\

My lps start to shrink up at around 7 dkh I try not to let it fall below 7.8 and try for 9 to 10

Also, make sure your salinity is good. Last time I had my refractometer off by 10 ppt, until I re calibrated. Although, I see your other corals look fine in the background. However, you should run tests to see if anything is out of wack or not.

salinity is tested weekly sometimes more. I also just got an apex system so that helps a TON.

I'll be doing an alk test and see what it is then raise the alk up slowly. then adjust my doser.

Mid tank, feed it, moderate current and moderate lighting. It does not like bright light

believe me my lights are far from intense haha. I keep it low/moderate flow and feed it weekly with reef roids and mysiss

Little update:

My alk is at 8.5 dkh and I'm going to aim for about 9 or 9.5. My calcium is at 415 ppm and the salinity is at 1.025. The only thing I can think to do is increase the flow in the area of the trachybti see if it just wants a bit more flow. Considering the water is low flow in his normal area.
