Might want to preform an lugols dip on the tracy as I have read that can help prevent brown jelly/infection. Even though trachys dont like a bunch of flow, I'd ensure it's at least getting a gentle current over the top of it to prevent infection as well.

The Garf should be fine and regrow, but you can frag off the dead parts if you wish.

Looks like a lobophyllia which IME are a bit more aggressive than trachyphyllia. Both are nice colonies.
