My trachyphyllia is unhappy. It was big and fluffy for months- then my long tip anemone moved and stung it. Half the flesh was not “fluffy” but I saw no signs the skin was receding on the skeleton. Here’s how it use to look:

When I notices the nem close by I moved it- it shrunk up and has never really open since. This was about 3 weeks ago. About one week in I thought maybe too much light so I moved it again - still no change - I don’t want to keep moving it- I’m not sure if it’s too much light, still recovering from sting or what. I don’t see flesh receding on skeleton but it never been “fluffy or puffy” since it for stung. Here’s what it looks like now (under white lights, but you can see

everything else is happy.

tank: 90 gallon - 15 months old.
flow- 2x mp 40’s
Lighting- 4x ai prime and aquatic life t5 hybrid (4 x 48” t5)
Par on the sand 200-220
Par at top of rocks 350-400
Temp 82 (been running high for 2 months to try to beat a small amount of Dino’s)
Alk 7.8 as of today- usually 8.5 with minimal swing
Cal 420
Mag 1400
Po4 .7
No3 25ppm
Salinity 1.026

ive always had high po4 and no3- I know most will say that’s why- but it was going great and everything else is doing great. Any ideas for the trachyphyllia?

All my meaty corals are elevated slightly off the sand bed as they get irritated by sand on them. Also, verify water quality:

Salinity 1.025
temp 77-79
PH 8.1 - 8.3
mag 1300
CA 440
Mag 1300
nitrate < .04
Phos < .05

Moderate light and water flow and feed 2-3X per week
