Hey guys – I'm looking for a system
/ app that I can use on my phone or iPad that will help me track my aquarium parameters.
Any suggestions?

Check out Aquarium Note. Not only params but also stock (photos, date acquired, price, etc) and set reminders for various maintenance), equipment, etc.. a couple different ways to display- both in a table format with values for all params, or as chart of levels over time. Attached is screenshot showing a nitrate spike when I got back from vacation (auto feeder!).

If you have an Apex you can enter everything in and have it tracked and graphed.
