Trading corals due to angels

Grrr So after getting rid of my tank bully Powder Blue Tang... My Blue face angel who was never bullied and always a tough one has been more comfortable coming out and showing me whats on his menu...
He doesn't leave my brains alone and love my red brain and my metallic green brain...
Anyway they were moved and are being traded...
I've been an LPS guy all the way, Frogs, Hammers, Torch, lobo, Favities, Elegance and I have about 5 BTA...
Anyway i fell into some Hairy shrooms that turn out to be pretty cool.... they been in the tank for some time and they kind of remind me of nems also...

After a while being posted i got a few offers for my Red Brain and may be trading for some shrooms...

I didn't know some could be aggressive.. anyone care to give some knowledge on them?

Again my tank is filled with LPS which i know are tough themselves...
What possible conflicts do i have here?

well i don't know much about shrooms... from looking at them, not really... I mean if these things grow and spread and open fairly nice then yes... But I guess i expected an immediate return vs a long term one...

I think whoever traded with you got a better deal. Just my opinion, but mrdjeep is correct, doesn't matter, as long as you're happy, and if you're not, then you shouldn't have traded!

I agree, the other person got the better deal but you couldn't keep them anyways....so at least you got something before they were decimated

I got a white-tail tang that "slurped" my open brains, really nice ones like you had. I asked around if anyone was interested and didn't get any hits locally so took them back to my LFS where I bought them. They didn't trade, or give me money back, or even give me store credit. So I bought $300 from them and gave them the livestock back to sell again! Was either that or have them get eaten, and I didn't want to post a free listing locally to give them away since they were really getting gobbled on and I have given coral away before to strangers and had bad experience - so the LFS got them.

So I think you did really well!

I did end up buying about $1,500 of fish and coral online after that, I would have gotten them there, but after that I decided not to!
