Transfer a 40 gallon to a 75 gallon

So, decided I wanted a bigger tank. The 40 gallon hexagon just wasn't big enough. Anyway, set up my 75 gallon today. Realizing it will take a very long time for it to cycle, when the time is right, how do I go about transferring items? There are a few rocks I'd like to transfer and of course I eventually want to transfer my fish. How do I got about this?!?!? Thanks in advance. This forum ROCKS! Both tanks are going to be FOLR.

You could cure the new rock before and then transfer all at once. Though you might go through a mini cycle
