Transfer Tank for Corals

I am upgrading my 20g reef cube to a 40 gallon breeder and in order to set up the 40 gallon I will need to sell the 20g. I have corals in the 20g so I set up a 10g tank like a week ago and I put some biological media in from the 20g. How long should I wait before I would be able to put the corals in the 10g? I also put some chemi pure that was in the 20g and some live rocks from it. Thanks

If it were me I'd break down the 20 now, move the water and corals into the 10g.
