So some of these questions I feel like I know the answers to but I’m still going to ask to see what the beer options or best methods of doing stuff is.

I currently have a 125 gal tank with a lot of sps corals. Many are encrusted into the rock and growing off that. Same with my zoanthids. I plan on building a new rock scape with dry rock. I plan on reusing and washing out my current sand. Maybe adding 20 lbs of sand. I may or may not reuse some of my current rock. I will be putting a good amount of live rock into my sump

Here are my questions:

1. Do I need to cycle again?
2. I do have ich I believe but I do the itch management method. But Im thinking about just getting rid of it completely. If I have to do a new cycle should I just use 100% new water and treat my current and upcoming new fish in copper?
3. how do I transfer my corals (mainly sps I’m worried about) without having to worry about killing them?
4. if I’m cycling do I need flow in the tank and/or a slimmer? I would like to set up the tank and use the current pump I have on my 125 so I can’t take the pump out till my fish are in the current tank.
5. I have a purple tang that is pretty aggressive and I believe it’s because of territory. With that being said if or when I add new fish I plan on adding them in QT, then adding them all at once. Is this a good or bad idea? I plan on adding at least 2 more tangs. A blue hippo and a yellow tang. I currently have a powder blue tang, sailfin tang, and a purple tang. I also have a copper band and a fox face but I feel they aren’t an issue. I do have a mixed tang (unknown type) that’s mature but very small (2/2.5” MAX) I want to add that fish to my tank. I’ve added this guy before and he got attacked and his fins were badly damaged. He recovered but I believe it was territory and he was still young and skinny.

EDIT
Transferring to a 220 gal tank in a new location of the house.
