Transferring LR to another tank

I currently have an AIO rsm250 with a HOB reef octopus bh-2000. Buddy of mine is offering me a 75 gallon with a 10 g sump for next to nothing. I have a bad GHA problem i lowered phos to .13 a lot of my rock has the green fuzz. Now my question when I go to transfer everything is it relatively safe to scrub all the rock down? Or will it do more harm than good?

Go for it, there's nothing wrong with scrubbing it. Just don't use any chemicals or bleach or anything. Even that algae filled rock is still packed with good bacteria
