Hello,
I am currently running a 20 gal mixed reef and have recently started a new 60 gal cube. I intend to only run one tank so I will be transferring everything over. Unfortunately I have a rock that is so encrusted with Zoas that there is no way I can remove them. So my question is how can I move this rock to the new tank without bringing pest and algae with it? I don't mind if I have to kill off the bacteria on the rock but I just worry about ammonia spikes. I've heard of hydrogen peroxide dips but that would kill the rock right? Any insight would be appreciated.
Thank you !

I have done 50/50 peroxide dips and it didnt kill the rock or corals (GSP,mushrooms, yellow polyps and toadstool)
