Translucent Goo on my rocks

Hi can anyone help me identify what this might be? And how to get rid of it safely?

It's in my 20 gallon Nano. I don't think I need to post parameters for this... I'll just say I'm running at all standards at the moment.

Sponges - most likely totally harmless.

Ugh...sponges again!? I had an outbreak of them before...all over the back of my rocks and in the filter. I get their beneficial but...
