I'm traveling about 10 hours but I need to go to the aquarium shop the night before I leave. So in total they would be out of a tank about 24 hours so can I keep them in the bag with an airstone in a styrofoam box with a cooling pack or what do you think?

I plan on getting a watchman goby and an anemone. Other than that I'm not sure!

No that will kill them. The ammonia would become toxic. I think your best chance is to add oxygen to the bag before you seal it up and put into a cooler

Hello I know it is kinda old but wanted to check how did you do? because Im planning to do a similar thing except with corals and maybe an anemone.

When shipping/transporting, corals don’t need to be oxygenated like fish do...

So if im transporting corals, mushrooms and anemones for 27 hours ride with heat patches will i have success in keeping them alive?

Thats great, i will be purchasing some corals then :)
