Transporting lives stocks and water

Good day to everyone. I want to ask for recommendations regarding transportation of live stocks and water.

Situation:
I'm residing here in United Arab emirates the temperature here now is extremely hot. We will be transferring to other location estimated travel time 2 to 3 hours maximum. My concern is for the water surelt it will increase the temperature since it will place inside the movers truck.

Any suggestion or recommendation to suppress the increase of water temperature?

For the live stocks i can keep it in the car.

Put the water inside large coolers or such.

Styro cooler? The temperature here is reaching 42 to 47C in the peak hours

Insulated containers and be sure to leave adequate air space. I moved my fish many years ago and not knowing any better removed most of the air from the bags (large trash bags in 44 gal brute containers) when we arrived at our destination almost all of my fish had died from suffocation. Very painful lesson learned the hard way and I would hate to see anyone else go through this. You could entertain the idea of chemical cold packs as well.
