So there are all different types of nems out there that meet different requirements for shipping.
I will be heading 6 hours south and wanted to hit up a place in Galveston Texas. I am looking for rock flower nems for now. I know they are super hardy, but what's the best way of transport? Will I need anything other than a cooler, and bag they are in?
The main question is water.. how much or little. Rock flower nems are found in shallow waters and will be uncovered for a few hours a day at low tide, but I don't want them dying before they can get home.
Will I need to bring an inverter and airstone with me for the trip?
I am going to be trying to make a local gulf of Texas tank for fun. Might even see if I can purchase a cluster of barnacles while in there also.

Have the LFS bag it as if it will be ship overnight. All you need is a cooler to keep the temperature stable and getting hotter than 84 or so. The temperature can drop to 65 and they will be fine.

Here is the thing.. they are not coming from an LFS. It's more of a ziplock bag transport from a person that has a few in their tank.
