Neptunes in SJ for sure. Used to be a big online seller. Has everything in stock. And I mean everything.
A new guy in Santa Cruz has some good frags, if you have any money left after Neptunes

Aquatic Collection in Hayward was my go to store when I lived there.

The LAX aquarium is right off the 405 and has very clean tanks with a good selection of corals and fish. They also have an above average selection of dry goods and excellent staff.
