I have had a Rainbow Ricordea Mushroom for several months. Growing well and seemed to be happy. About a week ago I noticed that it was migrating off of it's plug. Thursday I discovered that it had bailed out completely and I found it curled up under my Fox Coral. So I cut off the top of a disposable plastic cup, filled the bottom with several small frag plugs, and moved it from the 125 to the biocube. I did that because I have a Rose Urchin in the 125 that will carry around anything. Anyway, It opened up great in the biocube and I figured I would leave it for about a week to attach to a plug, then place it permanently somewhere in the biocube. This morning I noticed that it has crawled halfway up the side of the cup.
Is it doing this because it's not happy where it is? I looks very healthy.
What should I do now?
I have much lower flow in the biocube. Should I just let it go and hope it finds a happy place?
I never knew they could move so fast!

It’s moving because it’s trying to find a hot place. I Would just let it go in the tank.

Just worried that it might drift under the rock work and die. I suppose if it moves that well, it can work it's way to where it wants to be.
