I'll be in orlando next week and figured I'd stop by WWC as the only stores I've ever been to are two small shops local here in NC. Interested in possibly purchasing a few pieces while I'm there but wondering about the logistics of how I'll get them back given that I'm flying. I've done some research and see that people have done it before in both check in and carry on but nothing within the past 3 years. Has anyone tried this recently and if so what was your experience?

The rule of only a max of 8 oz of liquid might give you a problem.
Many ppl have done it as there are plenty of shows that ppl fly into and most all come home with a few frags.
Lets see who else chimes in.

Why not have them ship it to you after you pick it all out? I think they offer free shipping after a certain amount anyway. Even if you have to pay for it $50 is well worth not dealing with the stress.

Not looking to buy to much just a few small pieces so the $50 shipping would be more than I would pay for the corals. Ill most likely get just zoas. I would simply wrap them in a wet paper towel and carry them this way either in my carry on or check in.
