Hello there,
I quarantined all the rocks and corals covered in algae, here's the 3 main protagonists.
I started using Vibrant 3 weeks ago but I wanna add an emerald crab for the bubble algae and I'm gonna buy some reef flux for the bryopsis.
I keep snails, hermit crabs and peppermint shrimps in that QT tank, and I wanna know how to treat the tank for those green spots in the middle of the photo otherwise than manually cuz it grows pretty fast. Need reef/inverts safe solutions...

Thanks for the help, I'm always learning from you so much!

Looks like new tank uglies. No drastic measures are needed. Manage parameters, clean what you can by hand, bolster CuC

I see caulerpa macro algae , this will need to be removed with tweezers the roots will attach into the rock it’s annoying lol

The Vibrant should help with the algae, but it's going to take more than 3 weeks. I know it will take out the bubble algae and the macro from experience. Try not to do too many changed at once and you can see what works. It really helps to brush and blow any sediment off of the rocks. Some algae in the tank is good to help control nutrients.

Those are 2 rocks we bought 3 month ago for a project but ended in the tank. The photo of the post is a QT tank for managing the algae problem. Here's a photo of the actuel tank...

How are the rocks so white then? 2 years should be covered in coraline.

New rocks will still go through an ugly phase.
