Treating Bryopsis Trial

I am starting to treat Bryopsis as it has started to completely over run my tank. My tank is a Biocube 32 and has been around now for 8 months.

I removed my Carbon filter and am starting to dose Reef Flux.
3 capsules were added because 1 capsule every 10 gallons!

Give it 3 to 5 days and you should start to see it disappear. I had to do a 2nd dose at half strength to finish it off. Absolutely no harm to anything else in the tank!

Amazing to hear!!! Awesome! How many bottles did you go through of the stuff? I only have like the 10 tablet one?

I used a 10 tablet bottle (my tank & sump/fuge is 110g) and after 5 days did another 5 tablets from a second bottle. That was a couple of months ago and I've seen no sign of any Bryopsis return. I had removed the Chaeto from my fuge for a month, and did 2 25g water changes at the end of a month and put the Chaeto back in the fuge with a new plant led fixture. The Chaeto seems to be doing OK, not great, but OK.

So I have a 32 gallon so do I keep adding 3 tablets every day until I’m out?

NO!!! Did you read the instructions?

One capsule for every 10 gallons of tank capacity. Then wait 3 weeks. If you have a bad infestation, double the dose. In your case 3 or 6 tablets. If I were you, I'd do 3 and wait a week to see what happens.
