I have been battling dinos for the second time(amphidinium I think). My nitrates and phosphates were elevated this time so I dont know how I got dinos again. Anyway, I have let the tank get dirty trying to let something outcompete the dinos. In the meantime, cyano has taken hold. I know its an eyesore but what really is bothering me is it is starting to cover the corals. Could I use chemiclean to eradicate the cyano or will it have negative effects with my dinos?

I don't see why the chemiclean would cause any problems for the dinos. If anything the cyano dying will allow you to put in waste away or something to scavenge their remains and add back competition that usually limits the number of dinos (as long as your nitrate and phosphate don't drop near 0).
