I have it on my two tang in my tank and would like to find the most easiest way to try to heal the tank and the fish i know the QT factor is a the best idea but i just don't have the time and money to wanna set up another tank after only being in the holy 4 months.. I was told by a buddie that he uses RUBY REEF KICK ICH .Does anyone have any knowledge about this or this situation what have y'all tried?

What kind of tangs are they? Are they they only fish in the tank? What else is in the tank? Corals? Inverts?

Generally reef safe meds arn't effective at ridding your tank of ich for good. They can and do help the fish's immune system fight off the ich so that it is not able to fully take over the fish's body. The ich is still present in your tank and is only one stress event away from taking lives. QT and going fallow are the only For Sure method of ridding your fish of ich. There are many methods of ridding your fish of ich in a QT though so that varies according to your preference.

I ask about inverts because running hypo in the DT is one In-tank method however it's difficult to execute properly and there are some hypo resistant strains of ich out there. You need a perfectly calibrated refractometer and an ATO to keep the salinity at exactly 1.009, If it creeps up even once over that number, the whole process and time clock starts over.

If it's a regal tang, those are extremely susceptible to ich. Try a copper treatment

Gonna do the sad way gonna start a QT and do a Fallow DT for the time it suggest and hospital all my fish sucks i had this tank looking good.. By the way i have 2 tangs( Hippo and Yellow Cole Eye) 2 clowns and 1 Mag FoxFace 4 cleaner shrimp thats it..

^^ All of these are good candidates for copper treatment IMO. Would probably be too much bioload for TTM.

BTW, the 4 cleaner shrimp (and all other inverts/corals) remain in the DT for the entire 76 day fallow period.
