Transferring my fish to QT today to treat for ich. I have API gc, prazi, ich-x and cupramine. I need to know the best course of action. I also want to treat for velvet just in case.

1 Christmas wrasse
1 yellow tang
1 naso
1 scooter blenny
1 firefish goby

Are they currently afflicted with a parasite or are you wanting to prophylactically treat? If prophylactically then you will want to get a chelated copper such as coppersafe as the tangs (naso in particular) and the wrasse are more sensitive to ionic coppers like cupramine. You can treat prazipro and copper at the same time however you will want to make sure to a lot of oxygen exchange. Or you can treat separately, I would recommend doing the prazipro first while watching for signs of ich/velvet and then start the copper treatment after prazipro is done. You can also feed food soaked in metroplex (bound with focus) to prophylactically treat for internal parasites.

I'd run cupramine but I would wait-- the longer you wait to add copper and the slower you can increase it the better -- provided you're not dealing with a bad parasitic infestation like velvet. Multiple small doses per day to very slowly increase it is best (the wrasse is the biggest concern). It can be done, just wait as long as possible before starting to get the wrasse established :)

My wrasse is flashing and my yellow has white spots in fins.

Alright then I would begin now. Just add very tiny (measured) amounts several times per day and test daily.
