Treating with Prazi in DT?

I purchased a purple firefish at the beginning of the month and had it in QT for three weeks with no signs of issues. I added to my DT a couple days ago and now I see a white spot that has been moving around on the left side. I'm assuming it's a parasite and got infected in the DT. Can I treat the entire DT with PraziPro? Right now I only have a few zoa frags, a couple clowns, cardinal and an angel - no wrasses. I want to do 3 treatments 5 days apart.

I have dosed prazipro in my dt once or twice, no issues to my corals or fish, I just dumped an airstone near a wavemaker to keep it aerated while my skimmer was off.

yes so have i with no issues. Turn off protein skimmer.
