Hello I'm new to reefing and have had my tank set up for 2 months. Just bought a blue tang to help with some of the alge and it was scratching on the live rocks like crazy so I was worried that it possibly had flukes or something similar so I treated with prazipro. My questions are what is the best method for treating with prozipro and when I'm done how should I go about removing the medication from the water? I've heard of people doing 2 treatments but not sure how to go about doing this and I've heard to use carbon to remove but I've also heard carbon can cause mhlle with my tang. Is there a safer way to remove it or am I just overthinking it? I don't currently run carbon in my system.
