Hello fish disease experts, I am hoping that someone maybe able to help me with some treatment option of my sick disapr.

I have a total of 4 dispar anthias in my tank. For the past couple of days I have only seen 3 out and about. I just found the 4th one and it isn't doing so well. I was able to catch it and hopefully there is something I can do. First off it is a bit skinny. The last I saw it, it was going well and eating. It is possible that it has lost a good bit of mass since it was last seen, but with 4 of them it is hard to tell some time which one is which as they go in and out of their hiding spot.

Its fins are also a little ragged, I am not sure if this is due to the other ones picking in it a little as they are establishing dominance. Tough to say.

It is also very lethargic, which made it very easy to catch, and is breathing heaving.

The only other outward sign that something is wrong is a bright red spot under the gill plate (see picture).

I am hoping someone has some ideas for some treatment options. I would love to be able to save this fish, but right now it isn't doing so well. Thoughts?

Well.... never mind... in under and hour she was gone. There would have been no saving it I guess. That sucks.

Thanks, I had not noticed any stringy white poop, but I also hadn't seen the fish in a number of days. I have a false wall backdrop that my anthias love to hide behind. My other three were in an out constantly. While the one remained hiding. I finally located it today and was able to scoop it out. On the bight side at least it didn't die in the back where couldn't get to it. All my other fish look healthy and fat. Hopefully it was a one off.
