Triangle crab

We lost our second Triagle crab 2 days ago after a molt. These crabs are supposed to be pretty tough and make really interesting beasties to watch. Does anyone know if TCs have special needs?

sorry for your loss! Can you provide details on your system? Failed molts can result from lack of required minerals on the water, especially iodine.

Fluval Evo 15.3G tank
CUC and 5 small fish
Salt water prepared by LFS so should have iodine present
Mixed corals (beginner suitable)
Water changed weekly, topped up with deionised, replaced with saltwater.
Ammonia 0, pH 8, nitrites and nitrates slightly raised.
