Tribal Blenny cloudy eyes?

Question,

My Tribal Blenny has developed white rings around his eyes (I think). I treated the tank for a bacteria last week for another fish that had an infection. That fish didn't make it but I continued to finish the treatment. I have a 150G, with about a 20-25G sump. I treated about 150G, but should I have accounted for the sump?

Total gallon yes and what treatment did you use?
Is it one eye or both?

Looks like both. I used Bactershield to treat a bacteria infection of another fish last week. I did not treat enough to cover the sump. I was planning a water change tomorrow but need to hold off to treat the tank again (I think)

Bacter shield not very effective.
I would do a good water change and switch to either Maracyn 2 or seachem neoplex for at least 5 days

Going to check the local stores for Maracyn 2 or Seachem. my LFS is closed tomorrow so I’ll check petsmart and petco. If not going to Amazon to see how fast I can get it. Thanks!

So, the little guy didn't make it. That was quick. I did the water change but couldn't find Maracyn 2 so I ordered some that will be here Wed. I'm thinking that I didn't complete the dosing from the first infection (didn't treat enough volume for sump). Should I still treat the tank on Wed, or at least use the rest of the Bactershield until Wed? Thanks
