Trident bad alk range

My friend just reset up his trident an it was working the last 2 days fine, but he did come to find out he had very low alk. About 5.5, he started to get a bad alk range on the dashboard for his trident. Does anyone know what is going on, and a possible solution?

That range is right at the cusp of what the trident can read. use a hanna tester to check the result another time, and if it is 5.5 slowly raise the alk levels to around 7 and the trident should be able to read again. i had that issue last week.

It won’t register anything under 5dkh.

Mine is displaying 0. Does it display 0 if it gets below this threshold?
