Trident brain won’t snap into place

I was getting a no water sample error and replaced the sample line and fixed that. But when putting it back together I disconnected some lines that I had to take it back apart to fix. Now I can’t get the little tabs to snap back into place to get it to go back together. I’m putting a lot of pressure on it and they won’t go into place.

about 5 minutes later I got it together. I was at it for about an hour before I posted. Tbh I have no idea how I got it to work but it just worked so I’m just gonna take the win.

So no I’m priming the sample line and I can see the cuvette fill but it says no water sample. What does this mean?

Clogged line or pinched hose. Check the sample line going to sump or aquarium. You may have to pull it off and squirt some warm water thru it using a 1ml syringe.

Like stated you may need to take a syringe and squirt water through lines. Possible they are clogged. I had this happen once and I took a small piece of pvc pipe and rolled it over the entire line and a bunch of crud came out.

Like stated you may need to take a syringe and squirt water through lines. Possible they are clogged. I had this happen once and I took a small piece of pvc pipe and rolled it over the entire line and a bunch of crud came out.

Line isn’t clogged. I’m able to blow bubbles through it into the sump all the way from the sample line inside the unit

I’m able to blow bubbles into the sump through the sample line. Should have stated that earlier. I also put another new sample line on

Just out of curiosity did you notice any liquid when you have tray put. Sometimes 1 of those tiny hoses come loose from the star fitting in the back.
May need to put a ticket in with Neptune.

Yeah it was dry. Earlier I found two of the lines were off the barbs. I’m wondering if I messed something up with a sensor or something while fixing that. Because it is definitely filling. I put a ticket in. Hoping to get some good news because I am beyond frustrated right now

I had same thing happen which leaked on the electrical board which caused my indicator light to stay blue and nothing happened when I tried to test manually. Had to send in for repair. It took a little over 1 month to get back, but Neptune came through and didn’t charge me a dime even with it being out of warranty. They also sent me a new 2 month reagent kit as well as new lines. It’s a process, but they stepped up to the plate.

I didn’t see any water on the board. When I test manually it tries to do everything but still says no water sample even though it’s filling. That’s why I think it’s a sensor

I know you said you’re getting water, but did you check the pinch valves to make sure it’s not stuck and just not getting enough although I believe there is a code for insufficient water sample. Just brainstorming here from my experiences

Took it apart and it was a little pinched but didn’t look any more so than the rest of them that are working. Put it all back together and that’s how far it filled.

So I went to actually prime the sample line this time rather than just resetting it and when it went to fill the second time it didn't get nearly as full. it went about 90% to the top on the first one and like 60% on the second. I'm having issues with the video
