Trident Cal/Mag Weird Numbers after Reagent Change

Good Morning Reef Family, I changed out all three of my Reagents since they were either empty or close to it around 4 or 5pm. I also conducted a normal water change as I would normally 10 percent. Once the normal schedule Trident schedule restarted around 6pm, the numbers started to spike. I tested about 3 more times and the numbers continued to spike for Calcium and the Magnesium just bottomed out at 1200. I tested AGAIN this morning, and the CAL still spiked to its current point. The salt I use is Tropic Marin Reef...(The same batch I used for almost 2 months now). The ALK stayed in the range in the 7's as advertised for Tropic Marin Reef. See attached images. Recommendations???

Ive been recently looking into getting a trident, and i heard/read that whenever you swap new reagents in, thats the time to calibrate your new supply dunno how true it is or which reagent pack you have but i did find this

It is funny, that was my go-to at first, but then I read in the task button to only conduct that ask ONLY after 48 hours of NO Errors...but maybe that's where I am confused I mixed up the errors with the Alarms....I am in contact with the Neptune Representatives, more to follow on this later today/this evening.

Yes I did. I went through Neptune/Apex. They had me download a file, they ran the file on their end and had to me run calibrated task for trident, and it went back to normal (all three).
