TRIDENT Calcium at "ZERO"-Asking for a Friend

Friend just texted me tonight, his Trident Reading for Calcium is "Zero"...at least two times. Never heard of this before. Other readings A&C are fine.. Question, is it safe to say he needs to calibrate the Trident or is there something else wrong here...

I don't know about something else going wrong but def.start w recalibrate ing n check again.have to start somewhere n zero doesn't sound at all right good luck R
