Today I got a notification on my phone that my trident failed. It has the errors of test a b and c failed, no test in 24 hours, error 14 and error 15.
I have no idea what error 14 and 15 are and cant find much online. Anyone know what those errors are before I reset it and open a ticket with Neptune.

So when I got home I noticed there was no light on the front of the trident. I went to pull the reagent tray out and there was reagent/water on the top of reagent A bottle and a burning smell. I took it apart and the board beside the cuvette is burnt. I started a support ticket and I guess I get to find out how good their support is.

Also just as a PSA remember that when you unhook a trident and set the sample line down it’s possible to start a siphon of water out of the tank. It took wet socks as a I walked by the aquarium to realize what I’d done.

So just to continue the story of my trident, Neptune Systems support has been great. I was unaware that the Trident replacement programs will repair all issues. I thought the programs just installed the maintenance kits. I honestly expected them to say I was out of luck and they wouldn’t cover it, but I can get mine repaired for a little under $200 or I can get a refurbished one sent to me for $200.
