Trident help

I just got a new brain sent out from Neptune, my trident is showing as connected and it’s showing the last reading before I replaced the new brain. Is there a way to get this testing again or do I need to go through the trident initial setup again?

by brain you mean a new trident? if so, you need to go through the entire setup again (again if it is a new/refurb trident). the serial number will be different and your apex will treat it as a new device. I did this recently and had to pull the tile down from the available (new device tiles) and set it up.. my old tile still shows the old info... (but nothing is attached).

I knew Ryan at BRS was up to something with the acquisition of Neptune; Selling new brains....

I might consider getting my spouse a new brain if I can use Apex to turn her OFF
