Trident initial Setup

Hey guys I have a question. I got my trident and went thru the setup located here

I have a bottle of calibration fluid but the instructions did not say anything about it. I followed the instructions 100%. My question is when do I use the calibration fluid?
 
From Neptune's Calibration instructions:

"Before we get started with the guide, please understand not to undertake the Trident Calibration process until the Trident has been installed at the aquarium or after replacing reagents for 48-72 hours. The reason for this is to ensure all aspects of the Trident are working appropriately."
